Lead employee recruiting campaigns: The main objective of the project is to create an employer branding aimed at finding new talents that convey the brand’s advantages.
Through meta lead generation campaigns, analyzing the contacts received together with the customer on a daily basis. Starting from an internal survey aimed at understanding what hairdressers were looking for today in the world of work, what their expectations were and what idea they had of the brand, it was possible to highlight the brand’s strengths and deterrents. To achieve the final objective it was necessary to use transversal content, present real testimonials, get people talking about the company and show the quality of our services. In just 6 months, over 800 leads were produced.
