Creation of a digital architecture dedicated to the 200 stores in the area functional to online conversion and drive to store. Timely management of Google listings including the collection and response to reviews, development of a tailor-made social strategy for points of sale with the related management of Profiles using a TOV and a visual style consistent with the brand image, creation of a multi touch point online booking also integrated with the Google Cards of the points of sale and management of Omni-channel Geolocalised ADV campaigns to facilitate online booking.


Analysis of buyer personas and the pluses of individual sales points in the area; identification of the media of greatest value compared to the prospectuses; creation of the optimal customer journal with respect to the conversion objective. Creation and management of websites dedicated to the booking service and of the social profiles of individual stores. Creation of personalized monthly editorial plans for Facebook and Instagram; creation, production and post-production of personalized content for social media and the web; quarterly definition of a single media strategy, management of Meta traffic and conversion campaigns aimed at online booking sites, management of Google Performance Max campaigns for Google listings integrated with the proprietary booking system.
